What are you having for dinner?

Going over with my wife to visit my sister & niece (4 years old). We are going to have hot dogs, chips, pasta salad and a chocolate cake for dessert :)

Cooked a NY strip last week, some beef jerky this weekend and some burgers tonight. The burgers are a blend of brisket, pork butt and bacon. The butcher calls it a triple B burger and it's the best burger I have ever cooked.

Do you sell jerky?

What seasoning did you use? If you don't mind sharing. I've bought some jerky from another forum I frequent and they have gotten pretty big as a company.
I tried a few different things. Tried 3 different dry rub types, Cajun, lemon pepper and a garlic onion. Only the Cajun came out good. The marinade I made had worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, paprika and liquid smoke.

Last night we had pasta. Every Monday night we have the same dinner :hiding:

Penne Wheat Pasta with veggies (onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, grape tomatoes) and chicken patties :)
