What are you having for dinner?

Grilled a steak with potatoes and asparagus with wine and a piece of chocolate cake for dessert. Sat out on the patio enjoying a fire in the fire pit with my lady. It cooled off nicely and then it rained overnight.

  • 8oz sirloin smashed potato with sour cream, thousand island salad and two 32 oz beers $17 at Texas:bananasplit::lemonade: road house

I grew the tomatoes, purple bell and cajun belles. Roast those up something fierce in the bbq cause the vapors will make u swell up a bit. Blend them up with some cilantro and salt. I ended up adding some canned stewed tomatoes cause that **** damn near melted my face off. Great taste though. That el pato is the jam. I’ll usually cube some flank steak or chicken. Cook that in a pan then simmer it in the salsa and the el pato. Bam!!!!! Chile con pollo/carne. That’s what I ate tonight.

Oh garlic!! I roasted a couple of cloves and put it in the blender too.

I made homemade Filipino Lumpia with home made chili sauce last night and to my surprising they tasted authentic lol I got hooked on them by a Filipino buddy in school years ago this was my first time making them.

Sounds good.

Not sure what I'm eating tonight. Wednesday's wife visits her dad then eats dinner with her mom.
