Are you sure this was an EX not LX or do you have relatives or a really close friend at the dealership? That seems like a too good to be true price. Because according to your numbers you purchased the car at 1200$ below invoice. It would seem to early for them to be giving them away that cheap...
Why would it cost you $500+ for the fogs. They are very easy to install. CHH sells it for 350$ with free shipping. Also I'm almost certain that your LX bumper will need some modification/cutting to install fogs. Only the EX comes with fog cutouts already set up.
My wife has a 2014 ex just purchased February 26 so today will be 2months. The oil life indicator in mid already says 50%. I personally feel that this is way too early because that means we only have 35 % until the Honda recommended oil change of 15%. My question is I thought the car would go at...
I was hoping I didn't have to. I feel that for NYC in a FWD car with little torque, snow tires are almost overkill and living in an apartment with limited storage to keep 4 tires doesn't help. I might just consider investing in some pirelli cinturato P7. According to reviews on tirerack they are...
The invoice price of the car is 17100 +700 dest. that's 17800. The msrp is 18390 so a good deal would be 17100 but very rarely will you get invoice on a new MY car. They obviously don't seem to want to negotiate much with you. So unless you have multiple Honda dealers in your area you are stuck...
2014 Civic EX msrp 21090
Purchased it for 20390 before tax NYC in February 2014. Invoice is 19600 I tried to get there but couldn't make it happen. They still had plenty of 13 sedan on the lot. Another dealer offered me 13 EXL for 20000 but the features of the 14 are much better than leather...
Thanks. I'm in NYC and its my wife's car. That's not too inspiring I was hoping they were good. I have a jetta with hankook stock tires and it was a tank in the snow.
Has anyone driven a 13 or 14 non si with the Continental pro contact tires, are they good in the snow? I read not so great reviews about them on tirerack. But just want some real world experience.
Yes it is. Well no biggie the radio sounds fine. I just wish it had more bass. Also for such a nice audio system on the touchscreen they should have added an equalizer with more settings than just treble n bass.
Thanks for the info and picture. I just like to keep things OEM.
I'm far from an audiophile but I feel like the stock 6speaker 160watt system sounds fine. But it needs a little more thump. So I can't imagine how adding an amp / sub even if its sub par quality would make the sound worse.
But...
Hi everyone I'm new to this forum just purchased a 14 EX sedan for my wife. Amazing car however, sound system is a little disappointing. I don't understand why the coupe gets a more powerful amp w/ sub and sedan doesn't. I would like to know if someone could post pic of where the sub is in...
