It would probably just be better to re-wrap the left side in CF vinyl (next to the steering wheel w/ vent) and buy the plain black piece that Scosche or Metra make and wrap that, too. That way, they would both match and it would definitely be a lot cheaper, too.
That's the navigation unit, itself. You'd also need the carbon fiber dash piece and whatever other mounting hardware is involved (not sure on this as I have a non-navi model).
I ordered the double din navi bezel from honda and then the double din aftermarket kit from amazon, and installed a Kenwood DNX 891HD, I still use the factory micro, factory bluetooth buttons on the steering wheel,
yes it cost alot to do, but way worth every penny,
