I just ordered this LED Honda emblem, and can't wait to see how it looks in person. It seems many people wanting to replace the OE wing on the Si sedan are concerned about what to do re: third brake light.
Putting an F1-style light in the diffuser doesn't appeal to me, because I think it'd be too low. I was considering an LED strip mounted inside the rear window, maybe even up top like the ILX. I'd thought about getting an LX/EX rear shelf with the light integrated, but worry it may not work, since we have a subwoofer there.
I plan to wire this in, and disconnect the light in the spoiler, to see how effective it is on it's own. If all goes well, I'll move forward with swapping my decklid to get rid of the wing.
