I thought I'd share my latest upgrade. It is in a 2013 LX.
It had grey cloth. I wanted black leather. I found that Katzkins had what I was looking for.
The leather for all seats was $1500, plus $150 for a second inset color. You can get contrasting or matching stitching for no extra charge. These are not slip covers. They removed all old cloth. I had them put in seat heaters while they were at it for another $350. The leather treatment included the door panels and center console wherever there was cloth originally.
I'm really loving it. Expensive, but worth it to me.

Looks super nice. I like the white stitching they used too. Did you have a shop do the installation?
 
Yeah. Katzkins has shops all over the us that are capable of stripping off the cloth and putting on the leather.
I would have just bought an EX with leather, but with the sunroof that comes with the EX it takes away a couple of inches of headroom. So... I bought the LX and added the leather afterward.
