ATOTO Head unit reviews?

has anyone installed the ATOTO headunit in 9th gen civic?

I am planning to buy one but am confused if going for Joying or ATOTO

ATOTO reviews seems good but install seems difficult as I believe I need to get
a) Fascia
b) Wiring Harness

as for the Joying head unit which has Civic 2012 model listed on their website which will be just Plug and Play.

What do you guys recommend?

Stock Radio without premium audio system

Some discussion in this link for Chinese units like the joying. Just note the users talking about them and installing them are in the US and Canada, and the setup is different from your model.
