I was told to drive it hard for the first 150 miles so I did... I stayed in between 2nd and 4th gear all upwards of 4500-7500rpm and drove it like I stole it . I get great mileage and enough power through all ranges. It doesn't burn any oil either 10k miles now
I got a letter in the mail about paint warranty issues on 2012-2013 si with my Vin on it . they extends my warranty 7years for paint. Got a bunch of hips already and the door jams are grey on my black car
Normally I change my own oil... I am anal about it being on the full mark on my level garage floor.
Anyways I just got it changed at the dealership and its right above the low or first dot. Should I be concerned and bring it back and ask them to add half a quart more?
I hope someone can figure this out. Last year this sucked. There are plenty of situations I need traction control off ex: getting out of a ditch. Stuck in snow ect...
Any update on this? Getting ready to put my steel bad boys on and don't want that annoyance on and not be able to disable traction control. 13si coupe USA model
13 si coupe I've been getting in the habit of putting in 3rd and then reverse and it slides right in. Just seems like a not needed extra step. I do leave my car parked in neutral (so the car will remote start)
Any solution? Mine does the same things as yours except reverse gets locked out (I back out of my driveway everyday)
I also have a car starter and use it everyday for about 5min before I leave.
