oh wow talk about some bad luck my friend... you get that turbo kit and everytime that happens it will be more $$$ than just a bumper and a deductible.
They replace it with a bar which I may be mistaken but may be stronger than the factory bumper bar. you will have to check though. And hey who cares as long as you dont drive like a stupid idiot unless you are at the track. but you have to watch out for those deer and stupid drivers that might...
I did that on wastegate pressure 4.5psi-5.5psi with the 58/62 ball bearing turbo... i mean you might as well get the 1000cc's i think they are like a 50 dollar difference from like 600cc's. I really like 300whp until i ruined myself with 400+
@10.5-13psi the car is pretty streetable... and with the stock injectos you arent gonna really have any boost to play with.. im not even sure if you can run wastegate pressure with that or not. I would just get the stage 2 base kit and go from there. prl did the stock intake i think to 7.5-10psi...

it never technically smoked before the turbo. it would burn oil but it wouldn't pour out of the exhaust in blue smoke form like it does now when I come to a stop. then it goes away. it doesn't always do it but sometimes it is bad and does it every stop I make. before the turbo it would burn oil...

If I had the money I would have done it. It is nice having high compression though it really is a thrill. Make sure that if you are building the motor build the tranny/drivetrain etc.
