Yes the drop will cause negative camber but the stock camber arms can be adjusted. I was able to correct the camber and stay within spec with the stock arms.
You might not need a rear camber kit with that. I never needed on with the eibach springs. H&R is a bit lower I believe. I've heard good things about truhart but I went Koni for the adjustable. Probably overkill but I was able to dial it in to my preference.

Typically there is one or two set screws in the side to hold it on. Do you have pictures?
I checked sickspeeds website and I don't see a compatible cap. The closest thing would be for an ILX but I don't know if the cap matches the Honda equivalent.
It's preferred to install in the middle for safety but that isn't practical for most people. I prefer the passenger so that I don't have to load her in the street. Visibility is also better behind the passenger seat.

You should use rear facing until at least 2 years old. Try to keep it as long as you can. Rear facing is always safer.
