Okay anyone having issues with the wallpaper upload. Took it to the dealership today (different one) they were very nice and took care of my problem. Honda dealership had to contact Honda and was advised that some 2012 Honda Civic had issues so a new one will be ordered and replaced.

Hey sorry its been a while since ive read your messages, I gave up on trying again but fixing to do it right now. I have been to my dealer since then and they told me to bring my laptop in next time with my USB and they will give it a shot. Hopefully it works this time.

Changed the format to NTSF and now it doesn't read it. I could try exFAT but that would be the last option to try on it. Thanks for your help in this. Im not sure if its just the car that has a problem or if its my flash drive.

yeah there's nothing in the flash drive. it was brand new and bought it only for this purpose. as i load the pictures on the flash drive i take it to the car, plug in the flash drive to the USB, go to menu where i can upload a image under wallpaper, and i try every single one and it says unable...
