It's weird. I did it again today, and my tires were actually burning out from 1st to 2nd. It might be because today was A LOT warmer than the other two times I've tried. But when I was burning out, I didn't notice my speedometer shoot up.
Tried the e-brake clutch test and it stalled as it...
I never complained about the "pull". Wish that was the problem but that isn't the case here. The car should be able to get to 33mp on 1st and 54mph on 2nd.
I can see my RPM shoot to near redline, which is set around 7600 for my car. Even after shifting right before redline, the car won't pick...
Every thread on this topic would talk about feathering the clutch during launch. I just hate the idea of easing off the clutch with my RPM shooting way above 4k. Maybe I should just stay away with launching. Haha
Yeah my car has basically all bolts on and edyno have me at around 195hp, so I...
Forgot to add that in the opening post. Lol
Yeah, I only have bolts on and vit tune atm, so it can't be slipping. Probably just have to work on a better technique for launching.
I had traction control off during the launch.
If it is my clutch slipping under load, then it's a good excuse for me to upgrade my clutch. Finally paid off the car, so I'm probably going turbo next year. :)
I don't launch my car often, and I never race my car so I'm a novice when it comes to this. Always been scared to damage my car, but I like to do some spirited driving once in awhile.
When I launch my car with my rev limiter set at 3,500 and then fully drop the clutch without feathering and...
You need three things.
LED bulbs 9005
Vled DRL modules to run the LED at full power at all times
DRL decoder so you won't get a DRL error light (http://www.ebay.com/itm/330940078458?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)
Install the DRL decoder then -> VLed Modules then...
Actually a 16 years old wouldn't care to signal let alone look over his shoulder. A responsible person would make sure all blind spots are checked before passing.
From the Mass. RMV page:

Changing lanes:
Use appropriate signals.

I'm guessing full race updated their axle back and mid pipe connection with clamps? My exhaust at that connecting section does not look like the one in your DIY. I wonder which method is better.
No problem, just remind me not be next to you when you're passing.
Everyone should look over their shoulder to cover all blind spots. It takes a split second to look, and I don't tailgate people so I'm sure I will have time to react to any car stopping abruptly.
My car gets that code too even with a O2 defouler and being tuned from Vit. Only thing is I've only seen that code come up once, and it didn't trip a CEL.
Weird that all that came on.
I have a skunk2 header and tsudo catback. Went to inspection and failed because my second O2 sensor on the DP was turned off in flashpro. Went to turn it back on and that same P0139 code came up, but it went away and never came back after resetting the code.
I'm guessing you have the cat version of the downpipe?
You can do what this guy did with his UR Downpipe.
