    2014 winter tires and rims!

A little late to the party, but on '14 Si's, yes you have to run rims with different offset than the 12's and 13's - CR-V steel work well but are damn heavy

Need a quick troubleshoot (Water movement)...

Typically, the drains get plugged by a spider's nest; they also plug up the evap lines and there is really nothing that can be done to prevent it from happening. I know some one will read this and wonder how a little nest like that can hold back pounds of water, but its true! I unclog them by...

    DIY Clutch Delay valve Removal

The downside is you can break the disc as you can engage the clutch more harshly... which (breakage) seems to be happening anyways as I suspect the disc is too wimpy for the engine...I took mine out an I feel that I have more control The valve is there so that the manufacturer (Honda) can...

Filling your tires with N2 (Nitrogen)

You may not have seen it itemized on your purchase agreement but its likely built into to the clean up or PDI portion of the car prep - often in the GTA the windows are also etched with a security serial number. The valve caps are not Honda - they are put on by the dealer and are put on to...

Filling your tires with N2 (Nitrogen)

N2 is installed at the dealership, usually part of the "lot pack" which is costed to the vehicle. All Hondas currently come off the line with regular old air.

Went to check out a 2014 civic si sedan at my dealer today.....(pics and vid)

I personally like the seats... sports car stuff!!! Make a statement dammit! However, the 18" rims... well it looks like a kid did those. Bigger is not always better. The 18's look nice on the coupe - not so much on the sedan. The sedan needs to be lower....

    Anyone else having battery issues?

The OE batteries are cheap crap...but do you guys realize there is a PCM update for this problem? Basically, the alternator on old PCM software does not charge at idle or low engine rpm. This allows the battery to slowly become discharged. Most noticeable for those with short commutes.

    What are these connectors called?

you could always hard wire them - they are proprietary and the only way you'll find them (maybe) is off an old or damaged harness

    Broken lumbar support again?

Sometimes, if the tech has an on going issue with a car he or she will call Honda tech support, service engineering - what have you- to try and find a solution for the customer complaint. What's wrong with the scene?

You are the exception - not the rule. I realize its wrong to paint everybody with the same brush. I have no problem with anyone that works hard to get what they desire. Keep working hard. I would hold you as an example to those that have things come easy to them. Unfortunately it seems too...
