Anyone know why my wheel would bounce up and down a few times after lowering it off a floor jack?
I'm on Buddy Club N+ coilovers.
I don't believe the strut is blown because I've tried shaking the car up and down, and the rebound seems normal.
I've also been getting weird popping/clunking...
That's what I've always thought, but for some reason I started questioning it this morning haha.
On another note, tire sidewall has no affect on tire width either right?
Like a 9.5 215/35 won't sit further in a fender well than a 9.5 215/40 does.
Because those numbers are stretch fitment I'm...
Wheel diameter doesn't have an affect on offsets right?
A 17" wheel with a +22 offset won't sit further in the fender well (because it's a smaller diameter) than a 18" wheel with a +22 offset?
Can someone explain to me how the circled parts in the image affect wheel sizing?
On 1 piece wheels you don't deal with types of "disk" or lip size, so I'm a little bit confused.
Do you guys think that gurney flap could work on an EX trunk?
I've read somewhere on here that the Si/non-Si trunks were interchangeable.
But my concern is that on Si, because there is a spoiler, the trunk protrudes a little more which might make that piece a little too long for the non-Si.
The hammer method worked. However, I did end up scratching the paint a little bit from trying to pry off the rivet. But it's just on the bottom of the lip, so not noticeable.
Yeah, I have no clue what they did. It seemed like they put way to much force when clamping down the alignment sensors to the wheels. This was a reputable shop that specialized in modified car alignments too.
If you have aftermarket wheels and all you want is your toe angle adjusted, should you go into your alignment with the aftermarket wheels? Or can you use your stock wheels?
It seems like no matter what shop I go to, I always leave with scratches on the lip of the wheel.
Quick question, the Buddy Club N+ has a slotted top hole in the front strut. Can you put a camber bolt there?
I've read since the hole is slotted, a camber bolt will act the same as an OEM bolt plus a camber bolt in a slotted hole can slip?
