    17x12?

Right now, a stickier set of tires would solve your grip problems. No need to go 12'' wide.

Might not be a bad idea :P , I just ordered one directly from PRL, they have them in stock.

    "New" PRL cold air intake

It's a nice thing they came with a new breather filter. The steel clamp melted and cracked the vibrant one after a few months on my car....

    Need help

Your best bet would be to grease them generously... the height adjustment isnt made for winter/summer, more for suspension fine tuning.

    Need help

On a side note, coilovers usually dont fare well in harsh winter / salty environment. The height adjustment tend to seize... Most people i know who run them over here either swap back oem suspension or just storage their cars for winter months.

Official 'What did you do to your car today?' Thread

Didnt liked the mount at first. Found the vibrations to be a bit too intrusive. It gets better over time ( break in + getting used to it ).

    Gasket size

Cant remember exactly how the B pipe ended. The DP end with a flat flenge to. But since its my only car, im probably just going to ask my mechanic to look it up when i'll go for my alignement next month.

    Gasket size

Catted, the dp didnt came with a gasket/bolts. I've used some shady parts to make it work but the bolts didnt like the winter. Now that i have to replace the bolts, im trying to make it right with getting the right gasket.

    Gasket size

So, i'm running a 3'' dp on stock exhaust and it seems like im getting a small leak between the dp and B pipe, im wondering wich size of gasket would be better ? 3'' gasket ( Dp size ) , 2.5'' gasket ( exhaust size ) or oem doughnut gasket ( idk if that'll even fit with aftermarket dp) ...

    Not an Si but....

Well, as @NoMoreNissans said, handling mods will be the best value there. Power mods for an R18 will ending up costing you wayyyy too much $ per HP. Beware of false manufacturers claims.

    Not an Si but....

Why mod a car that you're already planning to trade ? You should think about saving that money to get the car you really want instead. You'll end up loosing a few grands modding a car you dont want...

    2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Spotted

The model is slated to be built in UK as a global model. Considering this, it is unlikely to be offered in an SI trim... Hatch type-r maybe !? :P

    2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Spotted

@Nomar06 They probably will, the coupe concept had the same aggressive front/rear wich didnt went trought production. If you remove the wheels, brakes, body kit, center exhaust and aggressive front/rear end, i dont think its that far off production model. To me, the hatch flows better than the...

    Will these wheels tires fit?

You should plan to run slight negative camber front. I've got 17x8 +45, 225/45r17 tires with h&r springs and i get slight rubbing on big road bumps. I've ripped of most of my inner fender clips pins last summer.

    Alberto's modest civic build

Yep , you should have went with a bigger rsb like the Progress 24mm and left the front one stock. The Eibach is barely thicker than the oem one.

Yup, if im not mistaken, that fender cutting is not allowed in any lower classes.

    Alberto's modest civic build

tbh, this seems to be a bit of an overkill on pretty much stock civic. Arent those mods putting you in a very competitive autocross class ? But again im more of a fonction guy. You'll soon have to change your ''modest build'' title :P
