I'll probably just do what I did on my 8th gen. Screw into a board under the mat. Attach the board to the car with coat hangers by drilling holes in the board and tieing it to the rear beam that's under carpet when you fold the seats down. Sounds dumb but it worked
I want to mount my sub box in my trunk with 1 inch self tapping screws. My question is will I hit the gas tank. I'm not sure where the tank is. I Drive a 2012 Civic Si coupe.
Thanks
Yes and you will pay 4x the insurance for a higher hp car. I've gotten quotes on evos. Like webby says for 4 k more it can't be touched. And you still pay low car insurance! !!
I just want to lower it with H&R springs, hfp lip kit, intake and quite cat back and some tuning. I like the head lights from pro civic also. I like the clean look. No vinyl or plastic dip junk.
I was kind of pissed today when someone told me that the tuner scene is dead and that no one gives a s*** about my hooped up honda civic. I have a 12 si coupe. It's all stock save a k&n typhoon intake.
I know the ricer fad is dead with people putting stupid wings and fart cans on their family...
very nice write up. I was able to do it on a coupe in about 1/2 an hour, i did not take the wheel off. hardest part was wiggling the resonator off the intake tube. i had to put a flat head screw driver on the rear end of the car side of it and pull for all i was worth. great sound, i LOVE...
