For the rear you unbolt the upper arms, shocks and end links, this this per Honda's r/r procedure and also the easiest route. Don't forget to undo the abs sensors and ebrake brackets for safety.
The knock sensor can cause a misfire and a failed cat could cause low power, neither will cause heater to malfunction. The code for car converter is P0420, btw. You should look into a cooling system issue as well. Sounds like a stuck open thermostat or fans are running too long.
It's the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor. So looking at the front of the connector: the far left is ground (pink) to common ground connector, wire 2 (green) is your 5v reference that connects to the pcm and wire 3 (gray) is your signal that also connects to the pcm. Hope this is what...
The emblem I have fits almost perfectly, it's just not flat and it needs to be nearly so for the 15' Si. I'll contact ProCivic and see if they can help, thanks for the info.
Nix, do happen to know the part# of the legit front emblem? I work for Honda so I may be able to get a discount if I know which part# to order. If not I'll contact ProCivic next paycheck.
I got my emblems from Grafix, they quality is good but the front doesn't seem fit? It seems to be curved and the stock one is perfectly flat so it won't sit flush. Anybody else have a 15' Si Sedan and a Honda part number for the front emblem?
Pretty sure my clutch is starting to slip already, feels like it won't hook up, mostly starting out...and yeah with 26K miles. I've absolutely babied this car since I bought it and never dropped the clutch so I can't believe it's acting up like this. My 2009 Si went to almost 90K (at the time of...
It's also worth noting that the a/c compressor will not engage if there is insufficient refrigerant charge. For example, a gross leak. Or on the other hand, if it were overcharged the high pressure switch would shut the compressor off.
Some shops have both sensors types, ones that clamp to the outside of the rim and ones that go over the tire. Try to find a shop that has the over-the-tire option or just knows what they're doing in general, lol.
I have never scratched a wheel doing an alignment, that's crazy. The measurements will should not change, any considerable amount, between wheels but it's still best to have the car setup then do your alignment. Find a larger, well-known place and if they damage your car, call them out on it...
I drive my car like it's meant to be driven, never had a blow out. I do run high air press, around 38 and buy good quality tires as well.
I've recently taken the wheels off and planning on selling them, with or without tires. Going for the light weight RPF1's, only reason.
