2012 SI w/ no navi thinking about installing one

so i have read alot on this forum and the other 9th gen forum and have a few questions.
this is the unit i am thinking about installing

i read that the Bluetooth does not work and the steering wheel buttons do not either.
this unit claims that the bluetooth and steering will work
i also read on the other forum that the antenna is merely for satellite radio so do i need an antenna or something similar for this unit?
so does anyone have any input or advice

They were never able to get it working on his. I don't know what to say as far as that model
