However when I uploaded them the pixel rate changed to a lower ratio. No idea why or how to change it back to the original.
Never mind, I figured it out. Just had to create an account to post larger pics.

I had the same issue man, so just need to create an account to get better resolution? because this cutting my resolution in half ain't working lol

Yup, if you create a free account it will allow you to post pictures in the original size.
