stupid question but when you a certified used car are oil changes included? some other car makers give you free oil changes etc.

Only if the dealership tells you so. Normally if it is then they would include something in writing that says how many oil changes you get.

This ^. It isn't part of the warranty, but a few random dealerships offer oil changes.
