Will a 13' SI sedan front bumper fit a 12' SI sedan?

Yes they are interchangeable - so long as you swap the grille out as well.

Anyone manage to get a 14+ coupe si front end on a 13+ sedan? I haven't found pics yet but I would love the coupe front end on my 15 si sedan.

you'd need the hood, side fenders, grill, bumper, headlights to make that swap (if it's a direct swap)

What do i need to convert my 2012 civic sedan ex front end in to. 2013 sedan front end? Does the headlights are the same ? I really luv how those chrome grills look, please any idea ?
