Brake Pressure

Is it just my car, or does the 2013 civic sometimes feel like it has varying brake pressure? Sometimes when I go to stop at a red light, I will notice lots of pressure, then other times I feels lower to the floor than normal. Fluids seem fine. Maybe there's a bubble in a brake line?

There could be air in the lines, but its also normal for the brake pedal to sink a bit if you're stopped and engine vacuum drops; as when the A/C compressor cycles.
