Handsfree Link won't stay connected

I have a 2012 Civic Si. I had no trouble pairing it with my Droid X2, but it won't stay connected. When I first get into the car with bluetooth enabled on my phone, it connects as it should. However, it will then disconnect, then reconnect, then disconnect...changing state every few seconds. At first, I wasn't sure if it was the car or the phone. But I just got a new Droid Ultra, and it's still doing it. Has anyone heard of this kind of problem? I couldn't find any threads describing it. Any advice would be appreciated.

If both your phones do it, I'd take it to the dealer. Maybe double check the handsfree link site to make sure your phone is compatible first.
