So after I listened to a few other people on how to remove the front Si badge, I figured I'd post a DIY for everybody. Here is the set of tools you will need:
Flathead Screwdriver
Allen Wrench (3/16 standard or 5 metric)
Phillips head screwdriver nut (detachable)

When you open your hood this is what its going to look like (After Si badge is removed):

The two bolts inside the two rectangle shafts your will need an allen wrench for.

The rest of the clips you can use a flat head screwdriver with. Lift up the inner circle first then lift up the outer circle.

The two rubber grommets on the top center you can remove with just your hand. But you will need a flat head screwdriver to re install them.

After you have the 2 allen wrench bolts, 2 rubber grommets and the 8 clips you can now remove the plastic cover. It will require a little finesse to angle the plastic piece out from under the front grill and out of the hood latch.

After you remove it just place it to the side with the rest of the pieces so you don't loose any thing.

Here you go.

Next you are going to get that detachable philips head screwdriver and reach in behind the front grill.

There are a total of two screws behind the front Si badge. After your remove both screws both pieces of the Si badge will be loose for you can proceed with detachment.

Next put the plastic cover back on the car into the proper slots. Then you will need a flat head screwdriver to reinsert the rubber grommet flat edges and the base of the circumference.

Then reinsert the 8 retaining clips with the inner circle still popped up. After you insert it then you can just use your thumb to press it down.

Then get your allen wrench back out again and screw in the two bolts that were inserted in the beginning. Then every part of your front plastic cover will be reattached for the final product!
