JDM Civic question (?)

Hi there,

i own a 2012 JDM Honda civic 4dr R18 and i have intention of making mods in the future.

I have a question though, can anyone tell me which USDM parts don't (or do) fit for the JDM also, or are they completely different dimensions.
Are aftermarket USDM performance exterior and under the hood parts going to fit JDM also?

Im from AUS and its very hard to find jdm parts atm.
