Kitchen Nightmares: Amy's Baking Company & Bistro

I doubt everything was staged. They were on the news years ago for having bad rep. How about the 100+ employees that left or got fired? Was that fake too?
 
If Samy gets deported, Amy will have no money.

If you noticed in the show, Amy did mention that Samy's like was different before they met. I guess that is what she meant.
