License plate relocator bracket

Hey everyone so I've got a 2014 fire orange Civic Si coupe. I love her she's my baby. Does anyone know if anyone makes a front plate relocator bracket at all? I'm sick and tired of looking at the stock license plate mounting plate then this ring with my father, I want to relocate to place on the side like my 2003 black RSX had. Thanks for any input appreciated.
 
Front plates suk........ and States that require them......

I've seen so many great looking cars wearing the tag of shame in my life, even in other Countries.

Just think how bad the car's designers feel........

Unless I'm mistaken if I zip tied it to the bumper wouldn't it hit the bumper when the bottom of the license plate heading into the bumper ... I both ends to the front bumper. But wouldnt that looked weird though? Just confused.
