Nicks Build Thread | 2013 PMM Si Coupe

I spun the tires a lot (hence 7 second 0-60) but I still got 14.8 with a car loaded with presents, 2 10 inch subs, and 5 days of clothing packed. It is just an iPhone app though.image.jpg

My GPS decided to take me through 2 miles of nothing but wet mud. I had to keep it rolling to make sure I didn't get stuck. Needless to say, I found a car wash about 15 minutes later. On the bright side, I found out that plasti-dip is mud resistant.
Nothing like getting down and dirty with your 4 banger! :driving:IMG_5868.JPG IMG_5869.JPG

Got my Vogue's put on a few days ago. The mount machine pulled at my plasti dip, as expected, so I began removing the plasti-dip only to realize how hard it is to get off after a while. Soo...ignore the nasty wheels, I purchased some "Goo-gone" and should have them cleaned up soon.

Thank you for the feedback! I'd love to take my build to the next level. Just limited on time and money.

No problem, and take your time, it's a slow and tedious process but well worth it in the end...hope to see this build go very far!

looks great, nice width and profile too
I just picked up a set of 2012/2013 Si wheels last Saturday for only $200 and they had roughly around 300 miles on them...much better look than my ex wheels which are 16s

Adding LED lights is very easy to do yourself. I would not recommend a kit because they are expensive for nothing. Go to a specialist electronics/electrical store in your area and pick up some LED light strips. They look something like this. image.jpg

You can splice them into the 12 volt plug in and they will be on all the time OR you can hook them up to an OEM switch button. These 2 DIYs should be helpful...

I thought you would be a great help. Thank you big guy!

Well, over this weekend I got the call and was given a final offer for a huge job opportunity so I took a day to think and I, eventually, accepted. Everything is perfect, even the fact that I will be receiving a company car. Although, that leaves the future of my Si unknown. I will have more information soon but I would like to store it if possible! :thumb:

Tried to upgrade with the 2013 Pilot horn. Unfortunately, the Pilot connector sits on the opposite end of where the stock piece is. The only way I was able to remotely get it to work was to pop out the plastic latch that holds the wiring in place away from the metals. That gave it more freedom but leaves it exposed to sitting against the heated metals so I'm leaving it alone at this point.

Could you just use a different mount point and zip tie the wiring?
