Wow, that really separated the bond between the paint and the bumper. The bubbled paint will chip off sooner or later. I'd say it's up to you if you really want to get the professional paint work done on it.
 
I hate when that happens...have some damn respect and at least own up to your mistake. Leave a card or piece of paper with your info if you don't have time to wait. Sucks man

Anything I can do?..should I pop it, sand it, and make some sort of plastidip/gloss paint job to make it look sort of Tuner? Idk..im still sad

It doesn't look like there's anything to pop out. A DIY will be tough to do especially on that plastic bumper. You'll need different grit sandpapers, a body filler that sticks to abs, adhesion promoter (which is basically a plastic/abs primer), paint, clear. Touch-up paint will not mask the damage too well.
