Get yourself some lactaid or generic lactaid. You can get gernerics for around .10 a pill. Try it out.

Go to Walmart and get a bottle for around $6-7 dollars. Around 10 cents a pill. Take one at each meal, and eat all the dairy you can handle.

Too much work to take one at each meal... I just take on of the pills I linked above every morning and it works. If I'm eating a lot of dairy that particular day I'll take another pill.

Yeah it is pretty hard to swallow a pill as you’re about to eat.
