Recent weather is nice. I replaced the stock grille with Mugen rep grill and blackout the center section of the bumper with plastidip. But the plastidip result wasn't good and will plastdip it again on coming weekend. And I also put front and rear Red JDM emblem. mugengrille1.jpg redjdmrear.jpg

    image.jpeg So far she's stock.
This is my first car. So there's nothing special about her yet. Base model civic haha. But so far all that I've done is Debadged her and get the rear windows tinted.

    Mods to come
    1) flash pro + tuning
    2) progress sway bar
    3) Coil overs
    4) CAI
    5) Performance Exhaust

I'm waiting for my tires to wear down before replacing them. With some performance tires. As to which ones I'm not sure yet..

If you guys have any recommendations I'm willing to listen. I'm super new to all of this.

The SC just gave me too many headaches/issues...did get it running but my buddy gave me a great deal on the kit (more than what I payed but helped him install on his 8th gen) I've been boosted via turbo for a couple months now and mannnnn do I love it lol

Well done. So happy to see another r18 got boosted.

Can you please put some information like how you archived the boost via turbo?
How much did it cost you on all the parts?

    Thanks again

IMG_0303.jpg Hey @Tak, I just bought a bunch of parts off eBay ...T25 turbo (spools fast as hell but no top end power), an 8th gen r18 turbo manifold fits on our 9th gens, a bunch of oil feed lines and a universal intercooler kit...had to remove windshield washer pump, AC lines and cut out parts of the front bumper(as you can see, someone else could have probably done better but since its a lot of custom work I wasn't too worried about the bumper..probably will redo the plumping and see if I can get another bumper to fit without cutting) Had to delete EGR as well. Bought a catch can too cause it looks pretty haha. If you want to boost your car, Full race has a template of where to drill into your oil pan for oil drain line and where to pull oil feed from - stock oil pressure sending unit...Currently on 11lbs of boost at 298WHP and 333WTQ at 4700 RPM....cost me around $2500 but could have been way cheaper but it was a lot of trial and error...I will most likely start a build thread soon since work is winding down and I actually have time to be active again lol
