it was $35000 and I got worked in some accesories. like a Navagation chip, trunk tray, and interior lighting kit. and not to mention it came with the added $3400 in upgrades already, brembo brake kit, bbs forged wheels, and the appearence pkg (piano black skirts and spoilers and splitter, ect.)

I agree that the Type R is way over priced. All the dealers jack up the price like everyone is crazy about it.
I've dropped my idea about getting the Type R and been thinking about getting a 2008 mugen SI or s2000.

How about your r18? Do you keep it or did you trade it in?

ive only had it a week and a half and have only been driving manual for a week and a half and love both. and driving the crap out of it i will!

Second time slaying the diamondback 226a and the devils whip nc80 and did it in the fog. It was a lot of fun.

no mods done to it yet. out of the box its amazing! i got it fully loaded with everything you could possibly add to it. so i got the brembo brake kit the forged bbs wheels, appearance pkg, interior lighting, nav, trunk tray and since its a mx5 "club" it has the LSD and bilstein dampers and 2pt tower brace bar. and the 6 speed manual is nice and short and notchy. but have driven it at the diamondback and devils whip in NC and it is king on these mountain roads. but first on the list will be sway bars and exhaust and then way later down the road either the turbo or the new edlebrock supercharger kit which will but it at 250hp. and with a curb weight of 2445lb that amount of power is going to be insane.
