    I want to make sure that all of the sponsors who helped provide prizes at the meet get their needed recognition. A huge thank you goes out to them for helping provide an array of goodies and gift cards. They were all greatly appreciated.

    I will try to make the chili on the spot next year so it doesn't lose its heat. That was my biggest disappointment of the weekend.

    Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks to ALL involved!

    It tasted fine, just lost its heat. Not quite sure how that happened though. I tried it before I left and it kept my tongue tingling for a good half an hour. A friend tried it and it was waaayyy too hot for him.
