I don't know what you have but I stick with Honda's MTF fluid. What I've seen and IMO it works best.

stick to honda MTF
@Bruce Bartlow and I have had bad analyses come back with AmSoil and Bruce has also had a bad analysis with Royal Purple.

Theres been a lot of talk of 8th gen guys running the GM synchromesh friction modified fluid with great results.

OEM always and forever
Oem fluid only for the 9th gen. I've run synchromesh in both of my older Hondas and it worked fine but I wouldn't use it in my 9th.
