Turn Signal Relay?

I'm interested in putting LED turn signals on my EX-L but know there's an issue with hyperflash when doing so. When I went that route on my motorcycle, also a Honda, I was able to install an LED-compatible turn signal relay. It was super easy, totally plug and play and it fixed the hyperflash without the need to install resistors. I have searched high and low, though, and have yet to figure out if there's a similar relay accessible in the Civic. Is this even a thing or would splicing in resistors be the only way? If it helps, I really want to do switchback white/ambers up front.

I understand how to fix hyperflashing and why it happens, but my question is does the 9th gen have a replaceable flasher relay or are resistors our only option?

As far as I know the only way are resistors. That's the route I went with my LED switchbacks.

no relay listed for the flashers that I see in the owners manual/fuse listing
