Woman sues family of teenager killed by train - after she was injured by his flying body parts

Yea someone told me about it & I thought they were making it up.. Pretty bizarre to the say the least..
 
one thing said she's trying to recover her medical bills from the hospital
 
Seems like the train service would have some type of insurance that would cover the woman but idn..
