I bought Alice in September of 2013 as the last 2013 Dyno Blue Pearl Si coupe in Calgary. Kept her stock with the exception of window tint to the 3 rear windows and 3M Paint protection to the hood, fenders and side mirrors, which was all done prior to possession from the dealership. From there it was a lengthy and uneventful winter for her as she spent most of her time parked in the garage while I was working. In June I had her all paid off and had some extra cash to treat her, so I started the process of her first mod... Headlights and HIDs. When the Pro Design headlights and HID kit showed up on my doorstep, they re-woke my addiction of working on and improving my cars which had laid dormant since I first got my last car. But now with Alice, I'm stepping it up to make all my mods as perfect as possible. No half assed mods. This Civic will be my DD so everything worth doing is worth doing well. Mind you some parts will be cheaper than others (Like ebay LEDs), a large part of the quality comes from how the product installed.

Purchased Add-A-Circuit for interior accent lights but am trying to decide if I should add Honda Switch Assy or wire it so they are on with headlights?

    Love the colour choice. ;)
    Looking great so far!

I'm curious about which LED bulbs you are using in your Spec D headlights. I'm getting these lights for mine soon.
    Thanks

Yes, I thought you had LEDs in the DRL slots. They look really blue in one of the pictures.

I just have the halogens in right now, but am looking for a set of CREE LED DRL's. I'll probably need resistors for them to run properly. I can link you when I find a set. Unless @323 has any recommendations.

Did you have to wire load resistors for them to function as DRL/Hi's? also how many watts are your bulbs? Reason why I'm asking is cuz there are 10W, 20W, 30W, 50W ect and I was wondering if a set of 50 W Cree H1's require resistors?

I also am curious about the resistors. I'm not sure, but I don't think anyone has put LEDs in the Spec D DRLs yet.

Got a Link for the bulbs ?

    Well... I have lol.
    I did wire in resistors.
As for the wattages, I think it was 50w but I'm not totally sure...

@323 I'm confused. In the Sped D thread I though you mentioned that resistors were not necessary and that these lights were prewired. I must have misunderstood.

Do you think those Cree LED bulbs will emit a white/blue shade of light or just white?

@xXCiviXx Sorry to hijack your build thread. I'll go back to the Spec D thread to ask my questions.

Hahaha no problem.. I imagine the Cree's will be close to a 6000k color. I will be posting pics once they're installed

I misspoke in the spec D thread, they are not pre wires, sorry.
You can check out the pics of lights in my build thread to see the lighting color, to me it seems pure white.
