future mod??

so ive been brainstorming and came up with this. I want to put an si rear bumper on my 2014 ex. I also want to mod the rear bumper to have an f1 styled 4th brake light. so I want to fit this on the bumper here

If anyone has done this or something similar please share your pictures. and I also want to hear any thing that can help me accomplish this so im ready when I get my rear bumper. Thanks in advance everyone.

It wouldnt be hard to mod yourself. Scale from 1-10, 10 being the hardest. I would consider this to be mod level 3. Gotta know how to take off the bumper, wire it, mount it on the bumper, and re install the bumper.
 
I went on Facebook and found a link but they don't just sell them they custom make them and I'm guessing that's expensive.
