'13 SI Shifting feels too Soft?

I've had my SI for about 3 years now and I've noticed that the shifter is starting to feel too soft when I shift into gear. I'm not sure if this is a bad thing, but I recall before that I would get a nice Mechanical feel, and a nice kind of cliking sound to know that I'm in gear.

I've grinded my gears before while shifting but I'm not sure if thats contributed to that soft shift feel. Does anyone else experience this?

Thank you very much webby! I didn't realize the soft feeling of my shifter was a result of worn out bushings! I'll purchases these guys right away.
