I love your winter tires civiX I have the same thing. The take the fun out of winter drifting though because they bite so hard when you're sideways. How do you like them?

They're fantastic! I don't think I've skid or slipped a single time with them. Couldn't be happier!

The only negative I have on them is when you're completely stopped they lack the get up and go.. though once in motion they are a great tire and would have them aging and definitely recommend them highly. They really are impressive with grip when sideways. I'm sure they've helped plenty of people save their cars from body makeovers.. he he

Again I thank you kindly for the like civic. You agree with what I said about the get up and go comment? Do you have any other comments on the tires?... I'm curious. I think my next set will either just these again or Nokian's... which have a pretty high and respected title for being some of the best winter tires around depending which 1 you get of course. My girlfriend got some summer performance Nokian's and they are pretty sweet for dry and wet. Take it easy bud and speak soon.

I've never needed them to get up and go in the winter. They don't spin as I'm accelerating but I drive modestly in the winter. Plus I want the tires to last so i dont drive them too hard and I take them off as soon as I can so the warm weather doesn't wear them down too much

I hear ya on the wear and tear. I'm taking them off asap for exactly the same reasons. They are awesome tires so why would anyone want them in temperatures they aren't made for.. plus you'd think that most people that have those tires are dying to put their summer set on. Take it easy bud and have a good rest of your day.
