Rpms surging

I bought my 2012 si with 67k miles on it and i notice the rpms surge when coasting in neutral or coming to a stop in neutral. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

just a few hundred rpms or more? 300rpms would be the ac clutch kicking on and off

Do the rpms drop before they surge? For instance, does it dip to 400-500 rpms before jumping back up?
