My VIN is in the range and I have never consumed a drop. 12k miles and it's been on the line every oil change since I bought it new, not a drop low. I know some other owners whose Si's are in the range and who also haven't had any oil consumption issues.

After a year, 12,000 miles/2 oil changes she still hasn't used a drop..I've been driving the hell out of her lately too.

It looks pretty good. I'll probably order another one because I want to see how it would look with the verbiage not at an angle.

IMO, you'd be much happier with a 600cc for your first sport bike, especially since you have experience on the hand me down. There are so many nice options in the 600cc family, and if you go smaller you'll just want to trade up 3 months after you get it anyways. I'm sure we'll get to see what...

It's not the best combo because I didn't go with the $200 a year full custom plate, I used the much cheaper series that you choose 3 letters/2 numbers or 3 numbers/2 letters, so my options were very limited. "MYK24" was taken..I could have gone with TXK24 but I like my choice, only $20 more than...

That's ok with me :) I'd normally just install it in my garage and save the $75 but I'd wait until this weekend and install it when my wife was out with my son. I prefer dealing with "why did you do that?!" instead of "I don't think that's a good idea, why do you want to do that?!"

I have an appointment set for 4:00 on Wednesday to get my exhaust installed so if all goes as planned and UPS delivers on time, you guys can hear it on Thursday.
