I did add 4 quart bottles into the engine, and the 5th quart bottle has about 560 ml left (so about 378 ml poured into the engine). I also added oil into the filter before installing it. it is not so likely there is oil leak. so I find it strange that the oil level is not near the full mark.

Thanks for the info. that looks still like too much work. If only I could file those scuff using some grit paper. but since the wheel is painted and clear coated, this will not work. so I have to wait and see.

The wheel looks like this: so plastidip will make the whole wheel black, the same color as the car itself. the silver color is probably machine-faced so I will have to live with the scuff, just a minor aesthetic issue, or upgrade to 18" sets and sell the stock ones on ebay.

I think the stock ones are all seasons. I am in Cleveland, Ohio now, the winter has lots of snow. but since the snow is too heavy, I cannot drive in winter, but have to take bus and railroads. so I do not use winter tires.
