Well, most of the time I will be listening with the seats up. I don't really want anything overpowering. Just enough to sound good and give a little rumble. I want the 12" instead, it might bring out the lows a bit more.
I would say to go with the catless DP as long as you have someone that can pass you come inspection. And for the TBS, I would say it's a waste. I think others will say the same.
Thats a nice setup. Does it add the right amount of bass in the cabin? I know that question is pretty based from person to person. When I play music with the stock system, for me it's almost like the stock sub is non-existant. The "premium" system is kinda sad imho
Have a lot of members here had a problem with owning just the catback and hearing rattle? I am getting the exhaust installed on monday morning 6/30. I know that one heat shield might be in the way, from reading the other threads. Anything else I should be looking for on install?
I do not have any experience with sealed boxes. My former sub setups have all used a custom ported box that pushed a crazy amount of air. I need a little more thumb, this stock "premium" audio system isn't cutting it. Will I still rattle the hell out of the car with a 12" in a sealed? I know...
Honestly, you already have the intake. I would get the Flashpro even before the DP but thats just me. But if you do get the DP first, definitely get the FP as the next upgrade. This engine tuned feels like a different car.
IMO I definitely think the texture is similar. Not pinpoint exactly the same, but it looks nicely with the rest of the dash. Does not stick out. If it had the gear numbers on top then I would go so far as to say people would think it was stock.
