I know this is an old thread, but I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3.15 pulley, uncooled w/E85 in the spring. Will the E85 be cool enough to run more reliably without an aftercooler? Also what injectors would be ideal and what power range would I be looking at? Currently 3.6 pulley, 550cc...
I love it! It sounded great NA and sounds even better with the S/C. I'd recommend buying the kit with the battery relocate and stainless clutch line. Gives the intake a better source of cool air and looks good too. Excuse the dirty car lol
Belt is routed correctly and is tense. Im thinking of replacing my belt when i take it off to check pulleys and possibly tension it more if possible. Hoping i can do it this weekend.
I'm In Calgary, AB, Canada. Temp was about -5 Celcius. AFR is good but there were a few bumps in the road which I'm guessing is what the dips are from.
I haven't asked Vit directly, but would've figured he'd say something during tuning if he noticed something was off. The car drives well and has more noticeable low end power and is quicker up top but I feel like there's a bit missing. I'm going to check all my pulleys and gaskets just to rule...
Well, Vit says we're all done tuning and I got an edyno graph. Kinda disappointed in the numbers but realize its not weather corrected. Also Flashpro shows my peak MAP at 6PSI which also seems low for the 3.6" pulley. Might take things apart soon to make sure everything is works smoothly and...
Supercharger is installed and everything looks to be running smoothly. Only thing I'm not 100% sure about is the idle sound. Does this sound normal to everyone here? Only running the basemap right now so I'm not planning on doing any driving until Vit gives me a map

Well, things took an unexpected turn so the Frankenstein build will most likely be going on hold. Picked up this stage 1 plus kit today. 3.6" pulley, 550cc injectors and cooler spark plugs. Hoping to install on monday. Just need to buy a new belt and IM gasket
Little update, Skunk2 exhaust was sold and stock exhaust is back on. Love how quiet the car is again. Plus now the catless DP and intake take over when I get on it and it sounds fantastic.
Also starting to look at parts for a K20 head swap with a tsx k24 block I might be buying soon. just doing...
