Hey everybody, I am new here. A little about myself, I am a business finance student at Miami University. My first car was a $500 2000 Honda Accord stick shift. I then purchased a $1000 2000 Accord coupe. Both were absolute monsters . Could take the wildest beatings and took me through so much. That was where my love for Hondas began. Eventually I saved up enough to get a 2012 si coupe. It was gray mostly stock besides a skunk 2 cold air. I drove that car for about 2 months before a lady blew a stop sign and totaled it. I can attach pictures i people want to see. Thankfully no one was injured but my car was totaled and I spent 2 weeks wondering how much I would get or if I could find a new car. I was extremely blessed to have found the same year car with less miles and several modifications including Avid wheels, a short throat shift, 10” subs, lowered on springs and it is black which in my opinion is much cleaner. At the time of this post I have had this car for 3 days, it has been 2 weeks since the crash. I will make a build page soon as I have endless plans. But anyways, I’m excited to be a part of the community and am looking toward to meeting new people.

! Sorry to hear about your accident. At least you were able to find a replacement in this crazy used car market. Did insurance payout cover all (or most) of the cost to buy your new car?

Thank you, yeah the insurance money came in clutch and I was able to get the car without paying a dime.welcome to the forum. Looks like you found yourself a clean coupe
