Hi, I am trying to figure out what fuse has constant 12 volt power, even when my 2015 Si sedan is not running? Preferably a fuse under the dashboard.

what are you wanting to do? Run power off fuse 10? Get yourself a fuse tap at any auto store and run the wire to whatever you're powering.....

Use a fuse tap like they said, I have one running off the fuel pump fuse. However it only runs when the key is on.

Im goin to need a little more detail. so do i take the positive wire from the 12volt to the fuse tap?

I would not do any wiring to your car until you get your static issues resolved from your other thread. I can see honda giving you crap if they open that console up and see you've cut and spliced wires to make that a constant power source. You'd likely have to cut the power lead at the console and cap it. Then run a new power wire from the console up to the fuse tap.
