I have some 18x9 and 18 x 10 30 offset both.
I saw them on my friends care and he says he has no camber it seemed like they stayed tucked in the fender well.
I'm just trying to reassure if they will rub or not.
I have 2 Yokohama and 2 Michelin premiers.

does your friend drive a civic? what year is your Si?
there are going to be lots of issues here:
1. 225/45/18 is too big for our cars, period
2. 225 on a 9" wheel it stretched, and will be majorly stretched on a 10" https://tyrestretch.com/10.0-225-45-R18/
3. those wheel specs are not going to work without excessive camer/fender work/stretched tires...

If it helps, I’m on 215/40/18 and still have plenty of room.

You can run 225/40-18 without messing up the number of rotations for the speedometer. I don't know if I would go to the 45% aspect ratio. I have been running 225/40-18 as my summer tires since 2012. I believe 225/40-18 are the standard size of tire for the 2014-2015 9th gen Civic Si.

But overall, the tires are only about 1" larger in diameter and amount to about 3 mph difference in speedo reading at 70 mph (you'd be traveling 73 when your speedo says 70). You're going to run into more problems with wheels that are too big.
