    as of writing this post, hid is brighter. So, in my opinion it's a better choice if you value the actual light output.

    The only thing I haven't seen a Civic converted into is a watercraft.

    If Honda really wants to rake in that money, they'd follow suit and go ahead and release the Civic OFFROAD.
