welcome to the forum... ^ they've said. What cars are you considering? Have you test driven anything yet?
 
Currently looking at the SI and Focus ST. Waiting for the Honda dealer to get an SI to drive, should be early this week. Drove and liked the ST but not sure if I want a turbo car long term. My current vehicle is 14 years old with 200k, I keep them a long time.

If you're planning on keeping it a long time like that I would think an NA motor would be more reliable.
